We offer flexible schedules:
Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm
Monday - Friday 5pm-11pm
Weekends - Double shifts from 8:30am-11pm
Overnights - 11pm-8:30am
Work locations: Minneapolis, Bloomington, Blaine, Lino Lakes, Richfield, and Eagan.
As a Direct Support Professional , you will provide positive support and encouragement to residents with development disabilities and mental illness. Other duties include helping individuals live successfully and safely in the community, transporting residents to appointments, coordinating and conducting activities, administering medication/documentation, assisting with household responsibilities, teaching independent living skills, assisting with budgeting, adhering to regulations and standards, and participating in meetings and trainings.
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and good driving record (except for overnight positions)
While at work, we provide vehicle for transportation
